The MOSD is a “private school in the public interest”, partly subsidized by the Quebec Ministry of Education. That is why the vast majority of students attending the school are referred by the school service centres and by the English-language school boards of the Greater Montreal area.

Vanier College is a publicly-funded English language CEGEP located in Montreal.
It was founded in 1970 as the second English-language public college of Quebec’s public college system.
Vanier College offers over twenty-five programs of study in both two-year pre-university and three-year technical fields.
Supporting French as a Second Language Learning
CPF National engages with national stakeholders involved in official languages and linguistic duality to create an environment supportive of French-second-language (FSL) education across Canada.
