LEARN Welcomes Christine Truesdale as New CEO

LAVAL, Quebec, November 18, 2024 – After an extensive and rigorous selection process, the LEARN Board of Directors is proud to announce the appointment of Christine Truesdale as the new Chief Executive Officer of LEARN. Effective January 1, 2025, Christine will lead LEARN into an exciting new chapter, building on the organization’s success and commitment to serving the English-speaking educational community across Quebec.

LAVAL, Quebec, November 18, 2024 – After an extensive and rigorous selection process, the LEARN
Board of Directors is proud to announce the appointment of Christine Truesdale as the new Chief
Executive Officer of LEARN. Effective January 1, 2025, Christine will lead LEARN into an exciting new
chapter, building on the organization’s success and commitment to serving the English-speaking
educational community across Quebec.

Christine Truesdale brings to her new role an impressive record of accomplishment as LEARN’s Director
of Pedagogical Services. With her deep understanding of the curriculum, unparalleled knowledge of
the community, and extensive experience within the inner workings of LEARN, Christine is uniquely
positioned to guide the organization toward continued excellence. Above all, she is a passionate
educator devoted to fostering student success, educator support, and community development.

supporting the English-speaking educational community across Quebec.
In this new role, I am committed to advancing LEARN’s mission by collaborating with our entire team. I
look forward to ensuring that every part of LEARN continues to thrive and fulfill its mandate to serve
students, educators, and their families. I am especially enthusiastic about strengthening our
partnerships and expanding the services and resources that empower our educational community.
Together, I am confident we will meet the diverse needs of the English-speaking population while
navigating current and future challenges in education.
