MONTREAL, JUNE 21, 2019 – The 2nd NEXTschool Summer Institute will take place on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at the Centre Phi in Old Montreal. Mr. Christopher Skeete, MNA of Sainte-Rose and Parliamentary Assistant to the Premier for Relations with English-Speaking Quebecers will deliver the opening remarks. This day will be a rich opportunity for individuals currently participating in NEXTschool to share their experiences so far, and to deepen their understanding of how to implement further change in their schools. For attendees exploring NEXTschool for the first time, the day will serve as a solid introduction to the initiative, and will provide those interested with the support needed to get started. A.J. Juliani, Director of Learning and Innovation for Centennial School District, an award-winning blogger, speaker, and author of multiple books including the best-sellers Empower and Launch will be the keynote speaker at this year’s Summer Institute.
