LEARN had the privilege to attend the provincial Grande Finale of the Brigades Culinaires/Kitchen Brigades on Sunday, May 26, 2019. LEARN is proud to be a partner of La Tablée des Chefs and a sponsor of the Kitchen Brigades program. The Grand Finale was held at the Institut de Tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) and hosted by Ricardo Larrivée.
A total of 125 schools across Quebec participated in the competition, and the top five Brigades made it to the Grand Finale. The five Brigades represented five different high schools (École Le Delta in Matagami, École Paul-Hubert in Rimouski, École Georges-Vanier in Montréal, École Secondaire du Tournesol in Windsor and Polyvalente Sainte-Thérèse) from across the province.
