erroneous interpretations.
Does Mother Nature attack the poorest?
The poorest countries are more vulnerable: they have less money with which to ensure the safety of their populations, establish prevention measures, build safer dwellings and infrastructures, etc.
How can the richest countries help the poorest countries?
Are the richest countries in part responsible for the misfortunes of the poorest countries?
