Throughout Canada's history, numerous Blacks have made rich contributions to our society. The following (pages) present a few of the many Black men and women whose accomplishments have benefitted various sectors of Canadian life. These men and women have had an impact on Canada and its institutions and their achievements deserve to be celebrated by all Canadians.
