Welcome to Personal Development

These different yet complementary subjects all aim to help students understand and put into practice values such as commitment, solidarity, equality, dignity, and respect for themselves, others and the environment.

  Ethics and Religious Culture

LEARN is working collaboratively with the ERC Steering Committee to align and adapt existing materials and resources that will support the implementation of the ERC program in the anglophone community.

Physical Education and Health

This program will help students gain a sense of self-responsibility for their fitness and health and to enable them to adapt to the requirements of modern life:
  • by developing a repertoire of movement skills and cognitive strategies,
  • by building the critical sense they need to manage their health wisely,
  • by strengthening behaviours consistent with safety and ethical rules,
  • by acquiring positive attitudes in their relationships with others.
