The K12 Online Conference 2007 had a number of presentations which addressed the topics of multigenre and multimodal texts as well as new media literacies. The presentations at this conference, provided for educators by educators in October 2007, are provided as slideshows, movies and audio files for free and will remain posted indefinitely. To date, over 84,000 site visits of the conference have occurred by an international audience.

Konrad Glogowski (Ph.D. candidate at OISE and teacher of gr. 7 and 8 Language Arts in Ontario) presents "Initiating and Sustaining Conversations: Assessment and Evaluation in the Age of Networked Learning".

Jeff Utecht (American International School in Shanghai China) presents "Sustained Blogging in the Classroom".

Anne Davis (Georgia State University), presents "Learn to Blog, Blog to Learn".

Kevin Hodgson (gr. 6 teacher, Western Massachusetts Writing Project, USA) and Bonnie Kaplan (Co-Director and Technology Liaison with the Hudson Valley Writing Project) present "The Collaborative ABC Project: Using Technology to Tell Stories".

Karen Richardson (doctoral student in Curriculum and Educational Technology at the College of William and Mary) presents " Crossing the Copyright Boundary in the Digital Age".

Dean Shareski (Digital Learning Consultant for Prairie South School Division in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan) presents "Design Matters" which addresses universal design principles for multimedia projects.
